As far as the Hong Kong timezone, the <a href="/zmanim-project/zmanim-clock-applet/" rel="nofollow">Zmanim Applet</a> has not location database, but relies on the user manually selecting a location and a Java Timezone. As far as I can tell there is no Java issue with a Hong Kong time zone. Can you elaborate on the IE7 issue? I tested this in IE8 and ran into no issue. Ali,
