As far as I can tell there is no Java issue with a Hong Kong time zone. Can you elaborate on the IE7 issue? I tested this in IE8 and ran into no issue.</description>

		<description>At least you should have consulted me as there is a known bug in IE7 when you zoom in plus there is a logical error with time zones for Hong Kong by 1hr.
